Teaching Philosophy
/*-->*/As a tenor, I have had considerable success in helping tenors access their upper range reliably. I have also helped baritones shed excess weight (chest voice) some tend to carry up so that they are able to access their high notes more easily. I have had considerable success in teaching women to mix belt (rather than full belt) healthily--with ring and resonance. A person's long-term vocal health is the most important thing to me--more important than any role, anywhere, anytime, anyhow.
Studio Policies
/*-->*/I teach Monday-Friday on the hour at 11, 12, 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. I charge $90.00/hr. I am an accomplished pianist as well, and can transpose most anything (except Sondheim and Adam Guettel). My number for scheduling lessons is: 512.632.4177, but prefer to do it by email at: NCinNYC[at]gmail[dot]com I have a twenty-four hour cancellation policy.
