PDP Courses Online!
Not in the NY Tri- State Area, or can't get out of the house?
No Problem.

NYSTA'S PDP Courses are now accessible online and on demand! With our new "Webinar" technology you can take each course right from the comfort of your own home. There are two options for this service:

  • Real Time - This option allows you to attend the class from home, during class time (available only at the same time as the LIVE class is happening - Eastern Standard Time) via your computer. Because you are an actual class participant, you can ask the instructor questions during class.

This amazing technology is completely intuitive and VERY EASY to use. With one click you will see and hear what everyone in the live class sees in real time. You will virtually be “in” the classroom with everyone else. Dialogue with the on-site class and questions to the instructor are possible by using a special instant message feature. And, the instructor will answer you live, in real time.

For this option, once your registration is complete and tuition is paid in full, you will receive a personal invitation to join NYSTA'S live webinar in real time, with complete and easy instructions.

  • On Demand - (available anytime) To permit those not available during class times to take this course, we have recorded all class sessions and made them available for viewing On Demand on your computer, no matter what your location. You will hear questions asked and answered in real time by the class participants and the instructor, respectively. But, no new dialogue or questions are possible in this format, as it is an archived recording. New questions can be asked via email.

For this option, once your registration is complete and tuition is paid in full, you will receive a personal user-name and password with which to access our archive of courses from the Webinar Log In page.

Your unique user-name and password will be valid for 4 months (approximately one academic semester) from the date of purchase. If you do not complete the course within the given amount of time, or if you would like to refresh your knowledge at any time, you are always welcome to register for it again as a "repeater." There is no limit to how many times one can repeat, and get credit for, each course.

How Do I Register For a Webinar?

Simply click on the "Buy Now" button of the course you wish to purchase, located on the PDP Courses and Webinars Page. At the end of your secure checkout with PayPal you will be asked to specify Live On-Site, Real Time Webinar, or On Demand Webinar. Look for the link  "+ Taking Live Class or Webinar?"  Click on the drop down box and type your preference there.

If your registration does not coincide with an actual live class schedule it can be assumed that you are purchasing the On Demand format. However, for our records, we appreciate your confirmation in the drop down box.
